Spanish Translator
After over 30 years living in the province of Granada, I have a huge amount of experience that I can pass on to other expats who have recently arrived in the area or are planning to do so in the future. As well as being an expert translator with 28 years of experience, I also speak the language fluently (my wife and children are Spanish) and am used to dealing with the Spanish authorities.
Over the years I have bought houses, run businesses and paid taxes. I have successfully applied for a residence permit and for grants for my children’s education. I have opened and closed bank accounts, acquired and renewed a Spanish driving license and a myriad of other formalities that you may wish or be required to carry out when you buy a property or come to live in Spain. I have also had numerous dealings with teachers, doctors, builders and other professionals you may come across during your time here.
As well as translating into English all your legal documents, title deeds, forms or anything else you might wish to understand without reaching for the dictionary, I can also help you draw up documents, fill in forms and present applications in Spanish, so making your life much easier and allowing you to get on with the more pleasurable aspects of life in Spain.
I live in La Zubia just outside the city of Granada and am available most days for translation work or to accompany you as an interpreter in all dealings with the Spanish administration, hospitals, schools etc.
